Our Process

Discovery Call

10-15 minutes to give us a picture of your needs and wants. We will discuss your investment, your timeline, positions, etc. We will go into the birdseye view, get to know each other a little and determine next steps, were we to move forward.

Intake Call

30-60 minutes to go over the details of what we already discussed in our previous discovery call. We will discuss your roles and requirements in detail, and craft everything you need for your business.

Sourcing Candidates

We will look for your best possible employees, screen and the interview them, and gathering the ones we feel will best fit your open role or roles.

Interviews

This step encompasses your turn to go over the candidates we presented and interview them. When you narrow it down to that perfect person, we’ll send your offer and help you finalize things.
