  • How am I supposed to invest into something that may or may not work?

    The great thing is that you don’t pay us until we perform for you and fill the position. On top of that, we provide guarantees with every one of our positions.

  • How long does it take to fill a position?

    It depends on the position, and if we already have a candidate, we can pull from our database. We’ve been able to have an offer letter to a candidate in 1 week from the intake call, and sometimes it’s taken a couple of months.

  • How does Freshly Staffed get paid?

    We usually charge a fee based on a percentage of the candidate’s yearly salary. This percentage will vary in different scenarios.

  • Does Freshly Staffed work in Omaha, NE, or nationally?

    We proudly serve communities and companies in the United States but have not ventured outside of the USA.

  • Why choose Freshly Staffed over large companies with significant resources?

    We are able to focus on your needs alone and are able to help you craft the perfect candidate search so we can find the best candidate for your team. On top of that, we donate 10% of our revenue to causes you pick yourself.

For Those Who Are Looking For A New Role.

  • Are these roles contract roles?

    No. Every position we work on is a direct hire position, meaning you will be working for the employer directly. 

  • Do I have to pay Freshly Staffed anything?

    No!! Freshly Staffed charges the client to fill their position, so we are a free service to candidates and here to help. 

  • If Freshly Staffed doesn’t have a role active that I can apply for, can I still reach out?

    Yes! We have past and new clients to reach out to on your behalf to help you in your job search. Fill out the Candidate Contact Form, and we will have a recruiter reach out and explain more details. 

  • I’ve had recruiters ghost me, is this a common practice with Freshly Staffed?

    Not at all. If you are communicating with us, we are communicating with you. 

  • What does the process look like in getting a job through Freshly Staffed?

    We do a phone screen after we review your application. After that, it varies from client to client on what they prefer. This will be communicated on the phone screen.
